python-docx只能使用文档中已定义的样式。此错误表明标题 1 段落样式未定义。Word 开始时没有定义任何样式（好吧，有一些像普通样式，但仅此而已），然后它会在第一次使用内置样式时将内置样式添加到文件中。

两种选择：

1. 手动将标题 1 段落添加到文档中，然后将其删除。之后，将在文档中定义标题 1 段落样式。一旦 Word 添加了样式，它就不会将其删除，即使使用该样式的所有段落都被删除也是如此。
