m4中及后续的配置文件make既不需要 m4 也不需要 aclocal，除非它提到的文件之一已更改，但情况可能并非如此。

您是否将提取的存档复制到较新的目录中？系统时钟是否正确？

我在系统上构建了 m4（相同版本），并删除了 aclocal 和 m4，但如果acinclude.m4和configure.ac较旧 ( touch --date="last friday" configure.ac)，它会返回相同的错误。

删除该目录，重新解压（可能使用 tar 的-m选项）并重试。
