几个月后无法通过 ssh 登录

我的办公室有一台运行 Ubuntu 13.04 的 Dell Poweredge 来提供内部网络应用程序地址系统。自从我上次登录以来至少有 2 个月可能是 3 个月。一切都运行良好，但我无法登录。我知道我有正确的凭据，因为它们保存在腻子中。

错误只是说：访问被拒绝

什么可能导致这种情况发生？是否可以在不将其从架子上取下并连接显示器和键盘等的情况下进行修复（作为旁注，它的重量大约为 50 多磅，所以我根本不期待）？
