通过使用较新的 dism 版本并直接从 WAIK 文件夹在 cmd 中运行它来解决该问题：

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Deployment Tools\amd64\DISM>

此限制是由于基于较新 WinPE 版本的引导 wim 需要最新的 dism。
