移动counter+=1do循环内部.它可能会创建第一个目录,但因为计数器永远不会在循环内增加,所以它可能只会覆盖它自己.

改为:

Do Until Counter = 5000

       FolderPath = "C:/pics/" + Counter.ToString() + "/"
       Directory.CreateDirectory(FolderPath)
        Counter += 1

For Counter as Integer = 1 to 5000
   FolderPath = "C:/pics/" + Counter.ToString() + "/"
   Directory.CreateDirectory(FolderPath)

PS在你的情况下你需要counter+=1在loop声明前移动.
