找到了解决方案。它由多个部分组成，需要对 C# 端进行一些更改，而对 Delphi 端则需要进行更多更改。请注意，这是使用 Delphi 2007 和 Visual Studio 2008 进行测试的。

C# 方面：使用 BasicHttpBinding 而不是 WSHttpBinding。

修复步骤 1
