对我来说，答案最终是多种因素的结合。由于某种原因，Xcode 4.2.x 加剧了这个问题。我终于升级到 Xcode 4.3 - 但问题仍然出现。清除 Xcode 的首选项（更新后）后，问题就消失了。我使用 Xcode 4.2.x 多次尝试过此操作 - 但即使清除首选项也无法解决问题。
