答案很简单:

  • 在python中,"float"可能是64位(c中为double).
  • 在itk中,F3是一个32位浮点数.

为ndarray指定正确的类型使其工作:

imageType = itk.Image.F3
buf =  scipy.zeros( (100,100,100), dtype = numpy.float32)
itkImage = itk.PyBuffer[imageType].GetImageFromArray(buf)
