Mysql服务问题

我想改变我的mysql.sock文件的位置,我试图阻止mysql然后编辑my.cnf文件,但我收到一条消息

听起来好像用户'abdul'没有停止和启动MySQL服务器所需的权限.授予这些权限(为安全起见可能不建议)或以root身份执行stop和start命令.
