今天我想开发 Python BOT，它有 *py 文件，所以为此我想在 Anaconda 之外创建环境！

我在桌面上创建了一个 bot 文件夹我打开了 CMD

python -m venv C:\Users\Messi\Desktop\Bot

我从 Visual Code 打开了这个文件。在Therminal上，虚拟代码激活了我的环境

在 Bot 文件中，我创建了另一个文件并将其命名为 IG-Bot-main，在 Virsual Code 中，我曾经cd .\IG-Bot-main将其放在文件夹内。
