问题出在ts-node-dev！没有人会猜到。但他们的仓库中存在一个未解决的错误。当然跟没有关系chalk。当然，作为第一步，需要修复项目以与 ESM 一起使用，正如许多地方所描述的那样（一个很好的解释位于chalk 存储库中）中）。
要检查是否存在ts-node-dev问题，您只需tsc从项目根目录运行（原始 TS 编译器）即可。它没有为我输出这个“导入”错误，在我修复了一些其他错误后，它成功编译了所有内容。

所以我卸载ts-node-dev并安装了，ts-node而是按照此处的nodemon推荐。
