我遇到过同样的问题。在 Webstorm 终端中尝试了以下命令：（ nvm current我使用 nvm）和node -v. 这两个命令均返回16.14.0。

但当我在 Webstorm 编辑器本身中更改节点的默认使用版本时，问题才消失。您可以通过按 来执行此操作CTRL + ALT + S。然后选择Languages & Frameworks和 之后Node.js。值Node interpreter:是 10，我将其切换到 16.14.0。如果你的机器上没有安装这个版本的nodejs，我建议你使用nvm（节点版本管理器）。
