有几个问题：

• 您的项目依赖于vue-cli-service4.x（仅使用 Webpack 4）和webpack5。对于 Webpack 5，vue-cli-service需要 5.x。还需要注意@babel/eslint-parser，并且您必须进行配置parserOptions.parser以匹配。见package.json下文。

• 不需要开发依赖于webpack、webpack-cli或webpack-bundle-analyzer，因为vue-cli-service已经依赖于webpackand webpack-bundle-analyzer（这会传递它们），并且webpack-cli不在您的项目中使用。
