此设置可以在.net core 2.x中使用，但无法在.net core 5中启用运行时编译。

1. 在这种情况下，您可以使用AddRazorRuntimeCompilation启用运行时编译。

            .AddRazorRuntimeCompilation();

2. 另一种方法是有条件地启用运行时编译。
