似乎有人设置了 PGDG 存储库，但没有安装 PostgreSQL。所以解决方法很简单：删除存储库配置。

如果存储库是按照PostgreSQL 站点的说明设置的，则解决方法应该像删除一样简单/etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list。
