Webpacker使用改变.babelrc到babel.config.js主要版本3和4之间（这里是一个链接到所提到的更新日志）。如果这个错误在升级后弹出，这可能意味着旧的.babelrc文件仍在轨道的根应用程序。解决办法是删除.babelrc。
