这是投影轮廓方法的修改实现,用于校正基于 JBIG 压缩图像的基于投影轮廓的倾斜估计算法中所述的倾斜图像。得到二值图像后,想法是将图像以各种角度旋转,并在每次迭代中生成像素的直方图。为了确定歪斜角度,我们比较峰值之间的最大差异,并使用该歪斜角度旋转图像以校正歪斜。要确定的峰值数量可以通过该delta值进行调整,delta 越低,将检查的峰值越多,但需要权衡该过程将花费更长的时间。
