为了能够dispatch在 Azure Devops 中使用，请先使用Command linetask 执行命令：

npm install -g botdispatch

安装完成后，您可以运行刷新命令：

dispatch refresh [options]
dispatch refresh --publishToStaging true --useAllTrainingData true
dispatch refresh --bot c:\src\bot\testbot.bot --secret <your_bot_file_secret>
