只需使用推荐的config.assets.compile = false. 它还将使您的部署更快，因为所有内容都已在本地预编译，并且您的 slug 也会更薄。
所以基本上只是在RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake assets:precompile本地做一个。这将在您的public/assets文件夹中创建指纹资产。它还将创建一个.sprockets-manifest在此文件夹中文件。
