1. 你不应该这样做sudo fastlane...！如果需要 root 权限，请尝试使用fastlane beta- 可能您必须重新安装工具。另外，推荐的方法是使用bundler来管理您的 ruby​​ 依赖项
2. 尝试在 Xcode 中执行 Archive 命令并确保您能够手动构建和签署项目
3. 运行fastlane match命令来获取您的配置文件（可能会要求您登录 iTunesConnect...）
   • 如果匹配失败 - 请使用参数来指定您的团队/应用程序：fastlane action match- 此命令将显示您拥有的选项
4. 尝试fastlane beta 不使用 sudo！
