虚线表示此条目的作者与前一个条目（示例）相同，因此省略。当输出格式为 HTML 时，这是 pandoc 和 pandoc-citeproc 的默认行为。如果您不想要这种行为，则需要提供自己的引用样式（通过cslYAML 或--csl参数）。有关更多信息，请参阅http://pandoc.org/MANUAL.html#citations。
