面对类似的问题,我遵循以下步骤:

1. 在终端:gdalinfo --version检查你有哪个gdal版本.我的是GDAL 2.2.0,2017年4月28日发布后brew update,并brew upgrade
2. 从这里:https://github.com/r-spatial/sf,macOS的说明,因为我已经安装了gdal,我只使用brew unlink gdal然后brew link --force gdal2
3. 我在R上重新安装了rgdal:install.packages("rgdal", repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org", type = "source")我已经确认它是用configure编译的:GDAL:2.2.0
