• 在 LOLLIPOP(API 21) 之前，我们可以从 ActivityManager 获取正在运行的应用程序列表
• 但是从 LOLLIPOP 我们应该只从 UsageStatsManager 中获取

首先，您需要 2 个权限才能读取任务
