问题解决了！在我们的 CI 环境中，我们不是通过运行来获取节点模块npm install- 我们在本地压缩 node_modules 目录并将其添加到我们的源代码中。

在 Mac 上压缩它并在 Windows 上分解它并尝试使用这些模块，尤其是phantomjs-prebuilt，是它没有捕获的原因。

我从 Windows 中将其压缩，并且运行良好。
