开放的edx样式的cms不起作用

CSS在cms中不起作用(open edx).我试图编译JS和CSS,但它没有给出任何结果.服务器重启对我没有帮助.这是我在日志中的错误:

编译静态资产后应运行collectstatic.

    sudo -H -u edxapp bash

    source /edx/app/edxapp/edxapp_env

    cd /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform

    python manage.py cms --settings=aws collectstatic --noinput

    python manage.py lms --settings=aws collectstatic --noinput
