在VS2015中,<TypeScriptCompileBlocked>true</TypeScriptCompileBlocked>可以将设置添加到<PropertyGroup>.csproj中的第一个元素

  TypeScript compile is skipped because the TypeScriptCompileBlocked property is set to true.
