通过使用调试器，我发现 LoadString（用于获取用法和错误消息）返回 ERROR_MUI_FILE_NOT_LOADED。我认为这在某种程度上解释了它:)

• 该堆栈跟踪似乎具有误导性（或者至少我们看到具有相同效果的不同问题）。复制/重命名时，应用程序正常退出，不打印任何内容。
• 除了无法显示消息之外，该实用程序仍然可以正常工作。
• 这也会影响 32 位版本（您可以在 SysWOW64 中找到）。
