事实证明,只有RETR,LIST和NLST方法由支持System.Net.FtpWebRequest时,HTTP代理配置,并不要紧,你是不是在你的代码中设置代理:如果一个HTTP代理(未FTP代理)系统中的代理服务器设置配置(在ie:Internet Options\Connections\LAN设置\ Proxy Server \为您的LAN使用代理服务器),然后在尝试上传到FTP服务器时会出现此错误.

解决方法是使用IE更改系统设置以关闭HTTP代理的使用.但是,如果您有权访问受影响的代码,则解决方案是Proxy将请求的属性设置为null,例如:
