Android - INCOMING&OUTGOING电话

Question

我每次打电话或每次接到电话时都会尝试显示一条消息.我制作了一个适用于INCOMING呼叫但不适用于OUTGOING呼叫的代码.我读过有关这个主题的不同帖子.
