发送新电子邮件时，日期标头未设置为 UTC +0100。每个客户端 (WTSx5) 和不同用户都会出现问题。

对于环境：PDC 是运行 Exchange 2010 SP3 UR7 的 Windows SBS 2011 Standard SP1。客户端是带有 Outlook 2010 SP3 的虚拟化 (esx) WTS（Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1）。Active Directory/Exchange 是很久以前从 Windows Server 2003 迁移而来的。
