我们在全新的服务器上遇到了同样的错误。

原因不是存储在 中的默认 IIS 安全策略，applicationHost.config正如其他答案所建议的那样（尽管我们已检查过）。原因是我们在不支持 ASP.NET（ASP.NET 4.5 角色）的情况下安装了 IIS！

当我们安装缺少的对 ASP.NET 的支持时，我们的应用程序刚刚启动，配置没有任何变化。

结论：

如果出现此错误，请仔细检查您是否已与 IIS 一起安装了 ASP.NET 角色。

在 Windows Server 中安装 ASP.NET 角色：
