Question

我只是使用可启动 USB 记忆棒格式化我的整个笔记本电脑（当我的笔记本电脑变得滞后时我会这样做）。我的网络摄像头在此之前工作得很好，但在格式化之后，它就停止工作了，所以我想这不是硬件问题。我不知道如何调试这个问题，任何帮助都意味着很多！
