我遇到了同样的错误，在#juju 中的好人的帮助下，能够确定在主机上打开防火墙阻止了zookeeper 连接回主机。

尝试运行：

sudo ufw disable

进而：

sudo juju destroy-environment

然后重新启动。此外，如果这是您第一次在计算机上引导环境，请注意初始魅力下载需要一些时间才能完成，因此请在部署单元后等待 15-20 分钟。

这现在也是一个开放的错误，因为 juju 应该会自动处理这种情况。
