这可能是驱动程序的问题。您安装了r8168 RealTek驱动程序吗？

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install r8168-dkms

请注意，此驱动程序只能用于内核驱动程序 r8169 尚不支持的设备。安装 r8168-dkms 软件包将禁用内核中的 r8169 模块。要重新启用 r8169，必须清除 r8168-dkms 软件包。
