VLC 无法播放从我的手机拍摄的超高清视频？

Question

当我尝试以 4K 格式播放从手机拍摄的视频时，播放器只会停在第一帧之一。

我的三星 Note 9 后置摄像头以 60FPS 的速度以 16:9 UHD 进行拍摄，并使用 HEVC 编解码器。

当我将它传输到我的计算机时，前几帧播放，然后视频流冻结，但轨道计数器继续运行。

硬件解码设置为自动。

我的电脑硬件规格不错，所以我希望能够以 60FPS 的速度运行超高清。
