没有 XFS 设置。Fstab 仅显示本地分区,仅 EXT3 。crontab 中也没有任何内容。

为什么会随机出现这个?这也会产生多个“jfsCommit”进程。

这些不是随机的,它们是 os-prober 确定分区的一部分,然后在系统配置/安装新内核之前安装操作系统。如果您启用了安全更新,则无需执行任何操作即可发生这种情况。
