仅仅因为您安装了实际的库并不意味着依赖关系已经得到满足。这是存在这么多不同存储库的问题之一 - 有时，存储库之间的依赖关系很难甚至无法纠正。首先，在您的情况下，我会做一个yum whatprovides */libcrypto.so.10，然后查看是否安装了该软件包。根据 RPM 数据库，它可能不是。您是否通过./configure; make; make install?安装了该软件包？如果是这样，yum install对yum whatprovides返回的内容做一个简单的处理应该可以为您解决这个问题。
