即使有时没有应用程序或有时只有 Chrome 有 7-8 个标签,操作系统也会随机冻结。我检查了内存占用量,还打电话给戴尔支持中心。他们确认硬件没有问题。

我的系统上也有类似的问题。当我单独离开 PC 一段时间时,它会锁定在空闲状态。这似乎是 AMD Zen 处理器上 C6 深度空闲电源状态的一个已知错误。
