自 1703 版以来，Windows 功能更新未重新安装您选择删除的应用程序。我使用 powershell 以相同的方式删除应用程序，并可以确认它们没有被读取，这自 1703 年以来一直有效，直到并包括当前的 1809 版本。

已卸载的内置应用不再自动重新安装

从 Windows 10 版本 1703 开始​​，用户卸载的内置应用不会作为功能更新安装过程的一部分自动重新安装。

此外，管理员在 Windows 10 版本 1703 计算机上取消预配的应用程序将在未来的功能更新安装后保持取消预配状态。这不适用于从 Windows 10 版本 1607（或更早版本）到版本 1703 的更新。
