Windows 7 在看似随机的时间停止发送 DNS 数据包

Question

直接 Ping 一个 IP（以及几乎任何其他直接 IP 连接）似乎可以通过。

另一方面，在 ping 域、使用 chrome 进入网站或尝试使用 nslookup 进行调试时，结果如下：

奇怪的是，对wireshark 的嗅探显示根本没有发送DNS 数据包。不是通过 nslookup，不是通过 chrome，也不是通过其他任何东西。偶尔会有一个 DNS 请求被发送，甚至被回答，但在绝大多数情况下，nada。

我只有一个网络接口，重新启动后，问题会暂时自行解决。

Tcpip reg 键似乎也不错。

禁用卡巴斯基安全软件和 Windows 防火墙。没有帮助。
