双击打开/执行批处理文件

我创建了一个批处理文件（.bat 文件）。我不确定，由于某些原因，当我双击它时它没有运行。

我配置了 Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Associations

.bat 文件作为windows command processor并重试仍然文件路径在确实提示中打开。但文件没有运行。请帮我。
