Download and install the Microsoft Live Mail client
Open it and go to File, Import Messages.
Select to import from Outlook Express 6
Browse to the Outlook Express folder you copied from the old computer.
Select the folders you want to import and finish the wizard.
您需要将邮件和通讯簿从 Live Mail 导出到 Outlook。
Go to File, Export, Messages
Choose Microsoft Exchange.
Pick the folders and finish the export.
打开 Live Mails 的联系人模块并以 CSV 或 vCard 格式导出地址，然后导入到 Outlook 中。如果导出为 vCard 格式，则可以将它们从文件系统拖放到 Outlook 的联系人中。
