Question

系统：Windows 7 Professional 64 位。8GB RAM、Intel i5-2400 CPU、+300GB 硬盘可用空间。AVG Internet Security 2012（启用和禁用，启用和禁用防火墙 - 两者均无效）。这台电脑还不到一年。

网络：此问题发生在具有多台计算机的网络上的单台计算机上。路由器是摩托罗拉 Netopia 3347-02（DSL 调制解调器/无线路由器组合）。计算机直接插入调制解调器，其他计算机使用无线成功。路由器已重置。路由器和计算机之间的连接唯一奇怪的是它被配置为允许 RDP 通过，因此路由器为它分配了一个静态 IP，并且为端口 3389 启用了端口转发。此外，虽然我怀疑这很重要，但第二个无线路由器在此路由器后面处于活动状态，提供第二个网络，该地区的某些计算机可以毫无问题地使用该网络。

详细信息：在这台特定计算机上启动的所有下载最终都会失败，这包括来自 youtube 的流媒体、专门的下载 (itunes)、从网站下载、FTP 下载等。所有浏览器都会出现故障，但在 chrome 中这是它需要的过程：1 ) 下载正常开始，2) 在（观察到的）7MB 和 229MB 之间的某个时间点下载停止进行（此时，如果查看 chrome 的任务管理器，您可以看到下载选项卡的网络活动下降到 0kps），3）对于一段时间后，下载仍会尝试完成，但最终会显示“123,049,871/0 B, Interrupted”（数字是它实际到达的数字）。

不幸的是，我手头没有关键的解决方案，只有一个建议来跟踪这台电脑发生的情况。

我建议您使用 TechNet Sysinternals Process Monitor来收集有关用于下载的软件的详细信息（例如 Filezilla for FTP 或 Firefox 等）。

示例：假设您想跟踪 Firefox 下载事件...

进程监控：

• 选择过滤器：选择进程名称为“firefox.exe”，然后包含。

• 还要排除“EventClass is Profiling”，因为它对我们的目的没有用。（只需取消选中顶部工具栏中的最后一个图标...）

这样，进程监视器将保留所有注册表访问、系统文件活动、网络活动、进程活动的跟踪（您可以只选择其中的几个选项）。
