0. 确保您对正在运行的窗口具有管理员权限。（如果您不这样做，则此解决方案不适合您）
1. 下载/解压 sysinternals-suite https://download.sysinternals.com/files/SysinternalsSuite.zip
2. 创建并保存包含以下内容的 .cmd文件

   taskkill /F /IM SCnotification.exe
   pssuspend.exe CcmExec.exe -nobanner
   shutdown -a
   ```
   

3. 以管理员权限运行 Windows 终端，然后执行 .cmd （我将文件命名为 stop-software-center.cmd）
   
4. 检查 CcmExcec.exe 进程是否已挂起。
