好处:

1. It does WCAG 2.0, WCAG 1.0, browser compatibility and many other checks
2. Low cost

坏处:

1. it seems it doesn't have command line API.(as per my initial evaluation)
2. Web mode doesn't support HTML upload

好处:

1. 自由!!!
2. 支持WCAG 2.0
3. 有Web服务API

缺点:

1. Web服务API不支持HTML文件上载.它期望HTML文件部署在Web上的某个位置
