如何为NFL Shield API创建访问令牌？

NFL似乎在此处提供API服务：https：//api.nfl.com/docs/getting-started/index.html

访问API端点需要获得OAuth2访问令牌。如果我没记错的话，它们需要一个client_id和client_secret。

我已经阅读了文档，但不确定如何获取client_id和client_secret。创建这些东西我缺少什么吗？
