在安装带有Update 2的VisualStudio 2013 Express后,通过手机模拟器使用VisualStudio 2012 Professonal运行现有的手机8.0应用程序停止工作.我收到此错误:

Windows Phone模拟器无法连接到Windows Phone操作系统:手机未响应连接请求.某些功能可能已被禁用.

尝试以管理员身份运行并修复VisualStudio 2013 Express而不会出现此问题.
