我不相信有一个自定义日期和时间格式说明符处理时区(与当前UTC偏移相反).即使有,时区缩写也可能含糊不清,因此它们通常很差,作为沟通时区信息的一种方式.不幸的是,它们被广泛使用,当然......

我怀疑你最好创建一个从缩写到"最佳猜测时区"的地图,然后从输入字符串中删除最后一个空格之后的任何内容,并使用它来获取区域.
