F#NLog配置文件

我正在尝试在F#控制台应用程序中使用NLog,我已经设法使用App.config中的配置部分使其工作但是我无法使用独立的NLog.config文件使其工作.我的NLog.config文件位于app路径中,就在App.config下,内容为:

我究竟做错了什么？

此外,即使我已经包含xsd,intellisense也不适用于xml.:(
