我认为这不可能在 SharePoint Designer 中开箱即用地实现。您可能可以编写一个自定义操作来获取发起者，但我认为它根本不通过 SPD 工作流界面公开。

您可能做的最好的事情是获取创建或修改列表中的项目的用户，但这不能处理手动运行工作流的情况。
